The Black Phone is a supernatural horror film set in the 1970s that follows the story of Finney Shaw, a shy but clever 13-year-old boy who is abducted by a sadistic killer known as 'The Grabber.' Trapped in a soundproof basement, Finney discovers a disconnected phone that can transmit the voices of the killer's previous victims. With their help, Finney must navigate his way to freedom while his sister, Gwen, uses her psychic dreams to aid in the search for him.
